Ms. Ibrahim received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University in 1985. She earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, School of Law, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1988 where she was a member of National Moot Court Team.

As a corporate and business attorney, Ms. Ibrahim has represented numerous clients in the formation and incorporation of their business in the U.S. including visas for investors, professionals and intra-company transferees, and work visas for skilled and unskilled temporary workers.
