What is an H3 Visa?

The H3 visa allows individuals to come to the United States temporarily to receive instructions and training from a company or organization in the US. The trainee must attend a strict training program, not available in his own country. There must be no productive employment for the employer and must benefit the employer. The visa is valid for up to two years, and the trainee must prove that he will use skills abroad.
