July Update: 2012 H-1B Cap Count
Dear Client:
In an effort to keep you informed on the latest
news from USCIS, we are providing you with the number of H1B filings
currently pending at USCIS. These have been tough economic times,
but things are looking up and you may be thinking about filing an
H1B for a new employee. There are still numbers available for H1B
filings.
As of June 24, 2011, approximately 17,400 H-1B cap-subject petitions
were receipted. USCIS has receipted 11,300 H-1B petitions for aliens
with advanced degrees.
